Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through accepted payment methods listed on our website, including credit/debit cards, net banking and digital wallets. We make every effort to ensure that the prices featured on the website are correct, error may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled and all amounts paid will be refunded to you in full.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process orders within 48 hours. Shipping times may vary based on location. There may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone. AURRAE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.
We will make sure to send the order consisting of product(s) by the date indicated in the Delivery confirmation or if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date if order confirmation.

Gift Cards – T&C
Gift Cards are non-refundable
Gift Cards can be transferred only to the person having an account with us.
AURRAE Gift Cards can solely be used on aurrae.com against purchases made on the website.
